The school is registered with U.P. Government (Reg. No.AL-109126325461) as an English Medium School. It is run by the Trust, Al-Qalam Foundation.
[A] BACKGROUND
Al-Qalam Foundation & Integrated Modern & Deeni Education
The madrasas have a great place in the promotion and survival of Islamic teachings and they have played a significant role in it. They are doing commendable works in almost all parts of the world. Therefore, no one can deny their services and importance. However, at present, especially in North India, they lack in modern education. Most of them are not teaching NCERT courses approved by government for modern education up to Secondary and Senior Secondary levels. There are several reasons for this. Even if they want to teach NCERT, they do not have the time in the current Madrasa education system as they already have a very tight schedule. The biggest reason is lack of time, capacity, financial resources and infrastructure. These issues are addressed by Al-Qalam Foundation thorough revision of teaching material, work books, delivery system and training of the teachers. Programs for all of them have been developed and their implementation is under way through establishment our own school/madrasa/academy. MMS is intended to be implemented in all Madrasas in phased manner. Any school/madrasa willing to implement MMS will get all possible help from the Trust.

القلم فاؤنڈیشن اور مربوط جدید اور مذہبی تعلیم
اسلامی تعلیمات کے فروغ اور بقا میں مدارس کا بہت بڑا مقام ہے اور انہوں نے اس میں نمایاں کردار ادا کیا ہے۔ وہ دنیا کے تقریبا تمام حصوں میں قابل ستائش کام کر رہے ہیں۔ لہذا ، کوئی بھی ان کی خدمات اور اہمیت سے انکار نہیں کرسکتا ہے۔ تاہم ، فی الحال جدید تعلیم میں ان کی کارکردگی کمزور ہے، خاص طور پر شمالی ہندوستان میں ۔ ان میں سے بیشتر سیکنڈری اور سینئر سیکنڈری سطح تک کی جدید تعلیم کے لئے حکومت کا منظور شدہ NCERT کورس نہیں پڑھا رہے ہیں۔ اس کی بہت سی وجوہات ہیں۔ اگر وہ NCERT پڑھانا بھی چاہیں تو موجودہمدارس کے تعلیمی نظام میں ان کے پاس وقت نہیں ہے کیونکہ ان کا پہلے سے ہی ایک انتہائی سخت شیڈول ہے۔ سب سے بڑی وجہ وقت ، صلاحیت ، مالی وسائل اور بنیادی ڈھانچے کی کمی ہے۔ القلم فاؤنڈیشن نے تدریسی مواد، ورک بک، ترسیل کا نظام اور اساتذہ کی تربیت کے ذریعہ ان مسائل کو ململ طور پر حل کر لیاہے۔ ان سب کے لیے پروگرام تیار کیے گئے ہیں اور ان پر عمل درآمد ہمارے اپنے اسکول/مدرسہ/اکیڈمی کے قیام کے ذریعے جاری ہے۔ ایم ایم ایس کو مرحلہ وار تمام مدارس میں لاگو کرنے کا ارادہ ہے۔ کوئی بھی اسکول/مدرسہ جو ایم ایم ایس کو اپنے یہاں لاگو کرنا چاہے تو ٹرسٹ اس کی ہر ممکن مددکرے گا۔

Model Madrasa based Madaris/schools will be equipped with proper capabilities to fulfil the need of community in terms of Islamic and modern education, leadership, centres of the communities need for their welfare and be adaptive to be upgraded continuously in Islamic perspectives and National aspirations. We are committed to do the following:
[C] SPECIAL FEATURES OF NEW SYSTEM
[C.1] MMS- Model Madrasa System
Model Madrasa System is a system of education wherein attempt has been made to improve the educational system of Madrasas upto Secondary Level only so that they can meet the expectations of government and community simultaneously. They can impart modern education as per NCERT (National Council of Education, Research & Training), without affecting traditional Islamic education. Rather both the educations will be of high quality. The current proposed system is for this purpose and thus we have named it as M-NCERT (Madrasa Education system with NCERT).
[C.1] ماڈل مدرسہ نظام (MMS)
ماڈل مدرسہ نظام ایسا تعلیمی نظام ہے جس میں صرف سیکنڈری سطح تک مدرسے کے تعلیمی نظام کو بہتر بنانے کی کوشش کی گئی ہے تاکہ وہ بیک وقت حکومت اور معاشرے کی توقعات کو پورا کر سکیں۔ وہ روایتی اسلامی تعلیم کو متاثر کیے بغیر ، NCERT (نیشنل کونسل آف ایجوکیشن ، ریسرچ اینڈ ٹریننگ) کے نصاب کے مطابق جدید تعلیم دے سکیں اور ان میں کوئی کمی نہ ہو بلکہ دونوں تعلیمات اعلی معیار کی ہوں ۔ موجودہ مجوزہ نظام اسی مقصد کے لئے ہے اور اس طرح ہم نے اس کا نام M-NCERT (مدرسہ تعلیمی نظام NCERT کے ساتھ) رکھا ہے۔
[C.2] A New Teaching Approach: A Composite Teaching
Outcome based learning system has been developed using Composite Teaching Methodology. It covers NCERT curriculum with traditional Islamic education, The quality & quantity of both education is maintained. The contact hours per annum per subject are about 200 which are more than 180 which is the prescribed norm of NCERT. However it requires special training of teachers to impart the two educations simultaneously under the same room and schooling time.
[C.2] درس و تدریس کا نیا طریقہ
مربوط تدریسی طریقئہ کار (Composite Teaching Methodology) کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے نتیجہ پر مبنی سیکھنے کا نظام تیار کیا گیا ہے۔ اس میں روایتی اسلامی تعلیم کے ساتھNCERT کے نصاب کو بھی شامل کیا ہے۔اس نظام میں دونوں تعلیمات کا معیار اور مقدار برقرار رہیں گے۔ سالانہ رابطہ کے گھنٹے 200 کے قریب ہیں جو NCERT کا مقرر کردہ ضابطہ180 گھنٹوں سے زیادہ ہیں ہے۔ تاہم اس کے لئے اساتذہ کی خصوصی تربیت کی ضرورت ہے کہ وہ دونوں تعلیمات بیک وقت اور اسکول /مدرسہ میں ایک ہی جگہ پڑھا سکیں۔
[C.3] Multilingual Personality of Students
Apart from learning regular curriculum, the students will have the ability to Listen, Speak, Read and Write (LSRW) in four languages (Urdu, Arabic, English and Hindi). Any other local language may be added or replaced with Hindi upto primary level, if needed. Thus the students will gain Multilingual capability in LSRW.
[C.3] طلبا کی کثیر لسانی شخصیت
باقاعدہ نصاب سیکھنے کے علاوہ ، طلبامیں چار زبانوں (اردو ، عربی ، انگریزی اور ہندی) میں سننے ، بولنے ، پڑھنے اور لکھنے (LSRW) کی صلاحیت ہوگی۔ بقدر ضرورت کسی بھی دوسری مقامی زبان کو بنیادی سطح تک ہندی کے ساتھ شامل یا تبدیل کیا جاسکتا ہے۔اس طرح طلباء LSRW میں کثیر لسانی صلاحیت حاصل کریں گے۔
[D] HIGHER EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS
By getting both educations, the students will be able to enrol themselves in any branch of their choice in any institute of modern education after MMS Senior Secondary education of if they. decide to serve Islam by specializing in religious education they will be able to enroll in Madaris of Higher Education (Darul Ulooms).
[D] طلباء کے لیے اعلیٰ تعلیم کے مواقع
ماڈل مدرسہ نظام کے تحت چلنے والے مدارس سے سیکنڈری تعلیم سے فارغ ہونے کے بعد طلبا /طالبات جدید تعلیم کے کسی بھی ادارہ میں اپنی پسند کی کسی بھی شعبہ میں داخلہ لے سکیں گے اور اس طرح وہ ان شعبوں میں اسلام کے سفیر بھی ہوں گے ۔ تاہم ، جو طلبا /طالبات اعلیٰ اسلامی تعلیمات حاصل کر نے کے خواہش مند ہوں وہ اعلیٰ دینی تعلیمی مدارس (دارالعلوم) میں داخلہ لینے کے قابل ہوجائیں گے۔
